I moved to Amsterdam from Finland, and looked for houses on funda. We hired a Hein Voortman from Smit & Heinen Makelaars en Taxateurs, because of a recommendation from a Dutchman living in Finland. Only after hiring him, we realised that the purchase of this house would have been impossible without the help. Communication was available at all times and the expertise helped us a lot.
