Our primary makelaar was Justin Winkelman. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about different parts of the city, always easy to reach, and had a good sense of the market value of different properties. He seems to have good relationships with many selling makelaars, which probably helped us to buy a home. He also negotiated on our behalf to try to get a better price. In the few times that Justin was not available to do a viewing immediately, he always offered to schedule an extra viewing with us or to look at the property by himself.My only complaint about Smit en Heinen is that the makelaar who was originally assigned to us did not do any viewings or communicate with us. In the end this was no problem because we developed a good relationship with Justin.
