As ex-pat buyers we were totally unfamiliar with the Dutch purchase process and market. SenH carried us through all the ins and outs, ups and downs, of the challenging process - affably, effectively and very efficiently. Communication was excellent - both with the office and brokers. Their client relations' management is so good they made me feel as if we were their only clients! Their brokers seem to be experts in their field - and mines of useful direct and peripheral information. Feedback on properties viewed was detailed enough to get a good sense of whether or not it was viable and I felt totally confident in their ability to achieve a successful outcome in quite a difficult marketplace. Which we eventually did.
