What do you think really is the most important factor in the buying or selling of a house? Someone who really listens is indispensable. We think and act one step ahead in the whole process. Because of the changing market, it could be better to rent a house instead of buying one, for example. Smit & Heinen will show you your possibilities, but also the things that are out of reach for you. Just to give you honest advice. In the long term, that is the best way to go.

He used to have his own office but now works as a freelancer for Smit and Heinen. He enjoys explaining why a house has a certain value. He immediately moves if the dyke is about to break. He prefers a root canal treatment over DIY projects. In the evening, he prefers to be either next to a volleyball court or in a packed concert hall
